Terms and Conditions

1. Unless otherwise agreed, I require payment in advance of each session. Should payment not be made prior to our session, the session will not take place. I reserve the right to cancel your session should payment not be made at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled session.

2. Excluding 30 minute taster sessions, the length of sessions is 50 minutes. I am unable extend session timings. Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled session or attend our session under the influence of drugs or alcohol, your session will not take place and your fee will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

3. I require 72 hours notice in advance of your scheduled session should you need to cancel for any reason. Should you cancel our session or fail to attend a session without providing at least 72 hours prior notice, I reserve the right to charge you for the full session fee.

4. Please review my privacy policy regarding confidentiality and for information regarding how your data will be stored.

5. Should our sessions occur online, please ensure that you are in a private space. I will not conduct an online session with you if you are in a public space at the time of your session (for example, a coffee shoppe or park) as I will not be able to ensure confidentiality. Your fee will not be refundable in such an instance.

6. Regarding online sessions, you are responsible for your internet/computer connectivity. Sessions will not be refunded if you are unable to attend due to technical difficulties.
